EL NIDO AIRPORT
The fastest and most hassle-free way to travel from Manila to El Nido is through Air Swift. It is currently the only air fare company that offers direct flights to El Nido from NAIA (Ninoy Aquino International Airport) Terminal 4.
The Flight will land at Lio Airport approximately 8 kilometers from the town center. You could either take a local tricycle from Lio airport to Corong- Corong or we can organize a private shuttle.
Flights to Puerto Princesa are widely available and can be taken from Manila, Clark, or Cebu. Air fares that service these flights are Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, and Air Asia. From there you will have to take a land vehicle to El Nido
- Most recommended way of traveling to El Nido from Puerto Princesa. Travel time is around 5-6 hours. Van companies typically wait for passengers at Puerto Princesa airport but it is always best to book in advance. If you prefer to travel alone there is always an option for a private van. We can arrange your van transfers; you need only ask
Bus rides takes longer than the previous option taking around 6-8 hours and has a lot of stops in between. It is a cheaper option and is a little bit more specious than a regular van.
Just like Puerto Princessa flights from and to Coron are wildly available. From Coron you have several options you can take to get to El Nido:
- A Direct flight to El Nido is available from Coron through AIR SWIFT. The flight from Busuanga airport will take about 40 minutes.Please note that Coron- El Nido flights are not regular and we highly recommend checking and booking flights in advance.
If you want to travel by sea a Ferry from Coron to El Nido is also available. Travel time will depend on weather conditions but are typically 4 hours.
- If you are feeling adventurous there are also Travel expeditions that take you to camp in different islands while traveling. This is a great way to explore the islands as you head to your destination. The expeditions ranges from 2 to 6 day tours.
